‘Anversa’ hits the big screen! Throughout this holiday season, Belgian movie theaters will feature this trailer as part of the launch of Anversa, Belgium’s largest student housing development.
Offering 223 modern student flats and 30 stylish studios for young professionals, Anversa addresses the urgent need for quality student housing in Antwerp. By 2030, the city is projected to face a shortage of 4,000 student dorms—a challenge Anversa aims to help mitigate.

The finished work for a super fun project with an amazing team in my hometown of Antwerp, Belgium. Together, we launched ‘Anversa’—Belgium’s largest student living complex, which will feature 223 student flats, community spaces, and much more. The project incorporates the ‘bones’ of the current site into the new construction, symbolized by my remix of Rubens’ portrait. As a nod to the theme, I integrated the typography 'in with the new' into the brim of his hat.
